The people in this shop are nice but Orange is the worst mobile service I have ever used. Every time I recharge my phone it fails to actually purchase my new plan and instead Orange bills me from the money in my account, so after one day I'm left with no service and no money even though I paid for an entire month! I have to call them to fix this problem. Every. Time. I even went in person to a store to recharge my phone and it still happened!! They have told me repeatedly that the issue with my account is a problem with the system. I don't think so. I think ORANGE is the problem. What's more, their website is dysfunctional and doesn't always work. There is no excuse for a *telecommunications* company to have such inane, dysfunctional incompetency online. Use a different carrier. I will be switching soon myself.
